What it does

FLB Fixed Profile is a drawing tool you place over any range — a session, a swing, a gap. From tick-level data it rebuilds where the market actually spent its volume and shows you the value structure of that range. It marks the Value Anchor (the most-traded price), the Buy Line and Sell Line bracketing the bulk of value, shades the value zone between them, and breaks down buying vs. selling pressure at each level.

It draws three things worth reading: Element What it shows Value Anchor The single most-traded price in the range — the magnet / fair-value reference. Buy / Sell Lines The upper and lower edges of the value zone (the bulk of traded volume). Pressure split How much of each level was buying vs. selling, so you can see who was in control. "Draw the range. The profile tells you where the market agreed." Fixed Profile is a read-only analysis tool. It draws over the range you choose; it never places orders.

How to read it

Place it over a range that matters, then read the structure: anchor, edges, and which side pressed. Reading the profile — Value Anchor — price gravitates to it; acceptance away from it signals a move, rejection back to it signals balance. — Buy / Sell Lines — the edges of value.

Breaks beyond them with follow-through are real; pokes that snap back are fades. — Thin spots — light levels are prices the market moved through quickly; expect fast travel back through them. — Pressure split — heavy buying into a high that stalls (or selling into a low that holds) warns of absorption. Where to place it Common ranges: a single session, the move off a swing high or low, or an overnight/gap range.

Anchor it once and it loads tick data for exactly that window; re-drag the anchors to re-scope it. profile resolves.

Trade Shield comes first

Every FLB read is filtered through one gate first: the Trade Shield regime — the market's current permission slip: longs-only, shorts-only, or no entries. Fixed Profile shows you the levels and the read. Trade Shield tells you whether you're allowed to act. Use them in that order, every time: — Regime says longs-only — act only on long-side levels. — Regime says shorts-only — act only on short-side levels. — Regime says no entries — stand down, even on a clean read.

A great setup in the wrong regime is still a coin flip. If the regime and the Fixed Profile read disagree, the regime wins. Trade Shield is the first gate before acting on any FLB signal — it is built to stop you from fading your own system.
